PLACE PIXELS
  • 1 charge / 30s
  • notify at full
  • free

Your charges are full in exactly this long.

Type your cap and what you have now. One charge comes back every 30 seconds whatever your level, so the answer is arithmetic, and the page can tap you on the shoulder when the pool is full.

How wplace charges work

Every pixel costs one charge. The pool starts at 30 and refills one charge every 30 seconds until it hits the cap, then stops. The cap rises 2 a level and 5 for each 500-droplet upgrade, and none of that changes the refill rate.

The practical consequence

A full pool is wasted refill time. The calculator's notification exists so you come back the minute the pool tops out rather than an hour later.

Common questions

How long does a wplace charge take?

30 seconds each, at any level. A new account's pool of 30 refills from empty in 15m.

Does a bigger pool refill faster?

No. Capacity and refill rate are separate. A larger cap means a longer session before you run dry and a longer wait to refill from empty, still at one charge every 30 seconds.

How do I get more charges on wplace?

Each level adds 2 to the cap. The store sells +5 to the cap for 500 droplets, and 30 charges now for 500 droplets.

Will the notification work if I close the tab?

No. Your browser sends it, not wplace, so it fires only while the tab stays open. Leave it open in the background; the countdown keeps the right time even if the browser throttles it.

Is there a site without a charge timer?

Place Pixels. You spend from a wallet that refills one pixel every 20 seconds, and one save places up to 5,000 pixels at once.
