- 10 m per pixel
- no cooldown
- free to paint
How this works. Short answers.
One shared map of the real world, painted in ten-meter squares. A wallet instead of a cooldown, 50 pixels before you make an account, and nothing you can buy changes what counts.
- Sign in with Google or Discord, no password
- Nothing bought reaches the standings
- Work weathers, it is never deleted
Common questions
What is a pixel here?
One ten-meter square of the real world, on a shared map anyone can paint.
How do I start?
Search for a place or share your location, zoom to 15, pick a color and click. You can stage 50 pixels before you make an account, and they will still be there afterward.
What does painting cost?
A new wallet starts with 200 pixels and refills one every 20 seconds. Empty ground costs one pixel. Painting over someone else's fresh work costs more, decaying back to one after a day. Painting over your own always costs one.
Can someone paint over my work?
Yes, and you will be told when they do. Fresh work is expensive to overwrite, and a new account can only paint over a limited number of other players' pixels each day.
Where is the line between competing and griefing?
Painting over other people is allowed. Following one player around to wipe whatever they paint, or clearing a mural other people are filling, is not. Report it and a moderator can undo the placements.
How do I sign in?
Google or Discord. There is no password to forget.
Does anything I buy make me stronger?
No. Pixel Plus and Stardust buy speed, capacity and cosmetics. Leagues, city standings and alliance standings all count unboosted placement, and event canvases have identical cooldowns for everyone.
Why is my old work fading?
Work untouched for a year slowly weathers, up to 20% faded after three years. It is only visual and never deletes anything. You can refresh a whole piece for free without changing its colors or ownership. Landmarks never weather.
What happened to the yearly canvas?
It is still here, on its own address, with its own pixels and cooldown, alongside the weekly canvas, the spotlight and the daily prompt.
Start on your own street
- Find your street
Search a place or share your location, then zoom in to 15. The grid appears over the buildings, each square 10 meters across.
- Pick a color and paint
No cooldown between pixels. Stage as many as you like and commit them in one save, so a whole building goes down at once instead of over a week.
- Sign in only when you want to keep it
Your first 50 pixels go down before any of that, and they survive making an account. Google or Discord, no password.
